È la seconda volta che soggiorniamo in questo hotel e come sempre ci siamo trovati benissimo.

Camera ottimamente arredata e comoda

Meraviglioso ascensore. Molto bene la trattoria Tralalero. Molto bene anche la dotazione della camera e la pulizia.

Il signore che ci ha portato i bagagli in camera come anche ha parcheggiato la nostra macchina era eccezionalmente gentile. Anche l'ascencore era fantastico.

I loved the hotel! It is so tastefully decorated, and my room was wonderful. Thank you so much for the daily cleaning service. The bottle of water every day was very attentive. Also, the reception people were GREAT - thank you for helping me print my conference paper, giving me good suggestions for how to get to the airport etc. I loved the hotel and its location.

Ringrazio il caposala del ristorante Trallalero per il suo garbo, la sua professionalità e la disponibilità con cui è venuto incontro alle mie esigenze alimentari, facendomi sentire accolto e a mio agio.
Un sentito grazie anche alla receptionist Federica, sempre sorridente, gentile e disponibile. Con i suoi preziosi consigli ha reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole: grazie a lei ho scoperto un'ottima pizzeria dove gustare una deliziosa pizza da asporto.

Utilizzo della Jacuzzi molto apprezzato e inatteso

Perfekter Zwischenstopp in der Altstadt von Genua auf dem Weg nach Südfrankreich. Mit dem Auto hervorragend zu erreichen, Auto wird vom Hotelpersonal in der Tiefgarage geparkt und zur Abreise wieder gebracht. Leckeres Frühstück und Checkout erst um 12.00. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Un hôtel avec beaucoup de charme, des équipements et un service très qualitatifs. l'emplacement était également idéal. Très bon séjour.

The rooms was clean and have a good air condition. We just hope that the staff told us about the other amenities we should’ve known. But the all out experience was great!

La chambre était très spacieuse avec une belle vue . Nous y avons passé un séjour très agréable

Autrement séjour au top! L’emplacement de l’hôtel est top, le charme de cet hôtel est super et le personnel très sympa. Le + c’est d’avoir pu récupérer la chambre à 14h et faire le Check out à midi.

We had a very nice stay at his hotel. The decoration is beautiful and clearly done with great taste and attention to detail, which makes the whole place feel special and welcoming.
The staff was kind
One of the most memorable features is the elevator, it's absolutely incredible. It's an antique lift and it's wonderful that the htel has preserved it. It really adds charm and character to the building.
The hotel also looks exactly like the photos, which is always reassuring when traveling. We were even pleasantly surprised by the size of the room, which gave us plenty of space during our five days in Genoa.
I stayed there with my 5 year old son and we had a lovely time.
